Permits reported Lost/Stolen
Lost Permits may be replaced for a non-refundable fee.
Stolen Permits must be reported to the Department of Public Safety and/or your local Police Dept. An agency report must be taken and will be required before a replacement permit is issued free of charge.
If you find the permit you reported as being lost or stolen,
you must contact our office immediately and return the permit
. Otherwise, your lost/stolen permit has been placed on our Hot List and any vehicle found displaying this permit will be subject to immediate impoundment at the owner’s expense. Additional fees and penalties may apply.
A stolen permit is defined as removal through forced entry of the vehicle with evident signs, otherwise the permit will be classified as "Lost" and replacement fees may apply.
