Off Campus Parking Requirements

• All off campus parking is restricted to Housing residents. All parking areas off campus require a specific USC parking permit for each location.
  
  
• No On-Campus or HSC permits are allowed at any off-campus location at anytime. Parking in these areas without the proper permit will result in a citation and possible towing.
  
  
• Off-Campus permits are restricted to your assigned housing location. You cannot park in any other off-campus location at anytime. Doing so can result in a citation.
  
  
• All Off-Campus permits are allowed on-campus from 5pm-7am weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays(except on Special Event days-i.e. Home Football Games). You may park in any regular parking stall. You cannot in any spaces or areas that are posted with restrictions(i.e. Reserved, Carpool, Meters, Disabled, Yellow zones etc) at anytime.
  
  
• Tandem Parking Stalls are restricted to permits marked Tandem. Parking in these spaces with any other type permit is subject to citation.
  
  
• If you’re parking area or space is taken by an unauthorized vehicle, please contact our office immediately. If it’s after-hours, please notify us. Please park in another regular space in your complex until we can respond or the vehicle moves. If all spaces are taken, please park in a safe manner that does not block another vehicle or prevent access in and out of the location.
