Academic year permits are valid during the fall and spring semesters.

How to Purchase a Permit

  1. To purchase permit or register for a parking lottery click "Access Your Account" below.
  2. If you do not have an account, please click Create an Account.
  3. To buy a permit available for sale, click on Purchase a Permit or Purchase a Summer Permit.
  4. To enter a parking lottery click on "Add edit/waiting list". Note: To view all available waiting list choices ensure that you have selected the appropriate classification and sub-classification by clicking on "Manage my profile".
  5. Select your preferred parking permit or enter a lottery waiting list (waiting list selections may be prioritized). Take a quick look at the map(s) to find the Lot or Structure that best fits your needs.

Please note: Academic Year are valid for both the fall and spring semesters and are automatically renewed and billed to your student account unless returned to USC Transportation for cancellation.
