All persons requesting to appeal a citation are required to submit a online appeal.
Use the Alhambra Shuttle that picks up and drops off at the Ambulatory Healthcare Center on San Pablo Ave. The Bus goes to the Alhambra Campus at Fremont and Mission Ave. The schedule is as follows:
- Departs HSC on the hour beginning at 9am until 1pm. Thereafter, departs HSC 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, and 5:45pm
- Departs Alhambra on the half hour from 8:30am until 1:30pm. Thereafter, departs Alhambra at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6:15pm
Use the intercampus shuttle, which picks up and drops off at the Norris Cancer Center near the corner of Eastlake and San Pablo Aveues.
Yes, but only in a very limited manner. Parking Center permits are not valid at HSC until after 5pm in the Gold Lots and after 2pm, in Lot 71. Housing permits are not valid at any time except after 5pm at Lot 71. Please visit our office to obtain a card key for entry to Lot 71.
- The Patient Shuttle runs from 9am to 6pm and goes to the Structure, Norris Cancer Center, University Hospital, Doheny Eye Institute, Healthcare Consultation Center and Ambulatory Care Center. Stops every 5-15 minutes.
- The Circuit Tram run from 9:17am to 3:53pm and stops at all of the above locations as well as Clinical Sciences, IGM, Outpatient Clinic at LA+USC, LA County + USC main entrance and the Women and Children Hospital on Mission and Zonal Ave. It runs on a 20 minute schedule

Daily parking is available for $6 at the Biggy Street Structure. There are buses that run throughout the Health Sciences Campus that go to these clinics.
You may park at the Biggy Street Structure only from 7am to 2pm. After that, any open lot may be used at HSC, such as Clinical Sciences, Norfolk, and Eastlake (space permitting). This excludes red zones, handicapped and reserved spaces.
