For complete details, see the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/transnet.usc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/DART-Guidelines-and-Code-of-Conduct-v1-Revised.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DART Code of Conduct &amp; Program Guidelines PDF<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at your scheduled pickup location.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the safety of all riders, passengers should be able to enter and exit the cart independently, without driver assistance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobility devices: <\/strong>All mobility devices, including wheelchairs and scooters, must be collapsible and fit securely in the passenger row or storage area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drivers follow pre-approved<\/strong> <strong>campus routes and drop off points<\/strong>. Drivers will not deviate for safety reasons.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations: <\/strong>If you do not require a scheduled ride please cancel in advance through our online <a href=\"https:\/\/transnet.usc.edu\/index.php\/dart-appointments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DART appointments portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>No-Shows and Missed Pickups<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Failure to appear for a scheduled ride will result in cancellation of remaining rides for the day.<\/strong> To keep your remaining rides, please call 213-740-5398 as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Missed pickups (arriving late) may affect your ability to schedule additional rides for the remainder of the day due to limited availability.<\/li>\n<li>Service will be terminated after five (5) consecutive no shows\/missed pickups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*Submitting a request indicates your agreement with these guidelines. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Scheduling Rides<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit requests online using the DART appointments form. All requests must be submitted before 7:00PM the night before your requested ride(s). Last-minute requests may not be available; please request service as far in advance as possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule pick-ups at least 20 minutes early to account for delays and ensure timely arrival to your destination. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Rides are first come, first served; early booking increases chances of preferred times<\/li>\n<li>No medical documentation is required to request service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To submit a request please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/transnet.usc.edu\/index.php\/dart-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>DART appointments form<\/strong><\/a>. Normal processing time is 24-48 hours.<\/p>\n<p>*<strong>Same-day requests: <\/strong>Due to limited capacity, same-day requests cannot be guaranteed.
