As COVID-19 continues to evolve, USC continues to modify and adapt campus access protocols based on guidelines from state and local health agencies. The Trojan Check procedures specifically for guests visiting campus are changing in the near future and this message is to clarify the new requirements.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the Nov. 3 email from Senior Vice President David Wright<\/a>, effective November 8th, all guests ages 12 and over visiting campus will be required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test result<\/strong> from a test administered within 72 hours of their campus visit. Guests age 12 and over will also need to show a photo ID matching the vaccination record or negative test. Guests under age 12 are exempt from the vaccine and testing requirements.<\/p>\n If you are completing a reservation for a guest, please advise them of the following requirements:<\/p>\n Complete daily Trojan Check<\/strong>.<\/p>\n At the recommendation of medical experts, USC is requiring all students, faculty, staff and visitors to complete a daily Trojan Check to access university campus and facilities. Please direct guests to visit Trojan Check<\/a> prior to arriving on campus and ask them to complete the wellness assessment.<\/p>\n Be prepared to show proof of vaccination prior to entering campus.<\/strong><\/p>\n All campus visitors must show valid proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The most convenient way to do this is by showing a digital record on their smartphone. Please request that your guest obtain a digital record (QR code) of their COVID-19 Vaccine Record by visiting My Vaccine Record (.gov)<\/a>.<\/p>\n If campus visitors are not vaccinated, they will be required to provide evidence of a negative result of a \u201cPCR\u201d COVID-19 test for any visitor age 12 and above. Either method must be accompanied by photo ID for those 18 years and above.
