USC does provide direct\u00a0 transportation from LAX to campus, and only limited service to LAX during breaks, however, there are many other travel options such as the Metro bus and rail system; USC employees can use their E-Pass obtained via the <a href=\"https:\/\/transnet.usc.edu\/index.php\/employee-subsidy\/\">Employee Transit Subsidy<\/a>. USC students can use their U-Pass obtained online\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/transnet.usc.edu\/index.php\/student-u-pass\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t participate in one of those programs\/already have fare for your travels on the Metro system, you can purchase a TAP card at any Metro rail station or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taptogo.net\/articles\/en_US\/Website_content\/TAP-App\">download the TAP App<\/a>\u00a0for a virtual TAP card you can load with fare as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions to LAX from USC using j<u>ust the LA Metro rail system<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong><em>(from LAX to USC, just reverse the following):<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Take the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metro.net\/riding\/schedules-2\/#:~:text=Station%20%2D%20Wilshire\/Western-,E%20Line,-East%20Los%20Angeles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>E-Line westbound<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0at any of the three stations near campus (Jefferson\/USC, Expo Park\/USC, Expo\/Vermont \u2013 service from 4am to 12am) and get off at the connecting Expo\/Crenshaw station. From this station, board the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metro.net\/riding\/schedules-2\/#:~:text=Angeles%2D%20Santa%20Monica-,K%20Line,-Expo\/Crenshaw%20%2D%20Redondo\"><strong>K-Line southbound<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to the <strong>LAX\/Metro Transit Center<\/strong> (every 10-15 minutes from 4am to 12am). From here, you can take the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flylax.com\/lax-traffic-and-ground-transportation#4257225834-214396460:~:text=Metro%20Connector%20Shuttle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LAX<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Metro Connector bus shuttle<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to the airport terminals (every 10-15 minutes from 4am to 1am). The Metro Connector shuttle is free with valid proof of transit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions to LAX from USC using\u00a0<u>a combination of LA Metro bus and rail systems<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong><em>(from LAX to USC, just reverse the following):<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Take the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metro.net\/riding\/schedules-2\/#:~:text=Park%20%2D%20North%20Hollywood-,J%20Line,-El%20Monte%20%2D%20Harbor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>J-Line Bus southbound<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0from the 37<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Street\/USC station and get off at the connecting Harbor Freeway station (every 10-15 minutes from 4am to 12am). From this station, board the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metro.net\/riding\/schedules-2\/#:~:text=Station%20%2D%20North%20Hollywood-,C%20Line,-Norwalk%20%2D%20Aviation\/Century\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>C-Line westbound<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to the <strong>LAX\/Metro Transit Center<\/strong> (every 10-15 minutes from 4am to 2am). The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flylax.com\/flyaway-bus\/union-station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LAX Flyaway<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0shuttle to LAX operates from Bus Stop 1 in the Patsaouras Transit Plaza at Union Station East (every 2-3 hours from 3am to 11:30pm). FlyAway buses operate seven days a week and drop passengers off on the Upper\/Departures Level of each terminal at LAX. Buses offer free WiFi and charging stations under the seats. Fare is $9.75 for a one-way ticket \u2013 the FlyAway ticket kiosk is on the south end of the plaza near Bus Bay 1. To save time, you can also purchase your ticket online at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flylax.com\/flyaway-bus\/fares-tickets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>FlyAway website<\/strong><\/a>, or use a tap-enabled payment card on the Flyaway bus itself as you board.<\/p>\n<p>Other options include rideshare or the LAX FlyAway shuttle at Union Station.<\/p>\n<p>Still have questions?
