Guidelines
USC students and employees may request vehicle rentals from USC Transportation for buses or vans for official University sponsored events.
- Drivers of vehicles must have attended the official USC Driving Defensively Course within the last 2 years
- Destination must be within a 40-mile radius of campus
- Requests should be submitted at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance
- Minimum 3-hour rental for each vehicle
Rates
USC Transportation is pleased to offer its buses rental to departments and organizations within the university.

| 9 Passenger Van with Driver | $75/hr Mon-Fri, $100/hr Sat-Sun |
| Van Only (University Driving Defensively Course Required) | $100/day plus the cost of fuel |
*Please note there is a three hour minimum.
