Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students can submit this form for short-term parking passes to use during immersion programs at the Health Sciences Campus.
- You must create a USC Transportation Parking account prior to submitting this request.
- Please submit all parking requests by the scheduled deadlines (set by your Immersion Leader). Any requests submitted after the scheduled deadline may result in delayed processing or pick-up.
- Parking passes are for one week minimum.
