Please be aware that protocols for attending large-scale events, including tailgating on USC campus, are changing in accordance with directives from state and county public health officials.
On USC football game days, effective October 9th, all guests ages 12 and over visiting campus will be required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test result from a test administered 72 hours prior to the event date. Guests age 18 and over will need to show a photo ID matching the vaccination record or negative test. Guests under age 12 are exempt from the vaccine and testing requirements.
Fully Vaccinated:
You are considered fully vaccinated after receiving the final dose of the Covid-19 vaccine series a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date. Acceptable forms of vaccination status include the following:
- Attendee’s physical vaccination card
- Front and back photos of your vaccination card
- Digital vaccination record stored in mobile device
Negative Test Results:
Negative Covid-19 test results must be from a test administered 72 hours prior to the event date. PCR and antigen tests are acceptable.
Negative tests must display the following:
- Name of attendee
- Date of test
- Type of test
Not Fully Vaccinated:
Attendees who have received only the first dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna Covid-19 vaccine series will be required to show a negative Covid-19 test result from a test administered 72 hours prior to the event date. (Attendees who received the full dose of the J&J vaccine a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date are considered fully vaccinated.)
