How can I submit evidence with my appeal?

You have 5 business days from the date of your appeal submission to get your HARDCOPY evidence to our office. At this time, we cannot accept electronic evidence. You may fax a legible copy of your evidence. Be sure to write your name, citatin number or license plate and state on your evidence. Indicating evidence in your appeal but failing to submit evidence will result in an automatic denial. Transportation Services will not request evidence. If you believe you have evidence to substatiate your claim, submit the evidence with your appeal.
