Generally, if you have not heard anything regarding the decision of your parking citation appeal, it may mean that Transportation Services has incorrect information on file, please contact us for more information.

All parking citations that are not paid within the first 21 days of the issue date are assessed a fine doubling the original amount, a collection fee may be added.

Make full payment and submit your second appeal letter to the Citation Review Board (CRB). The CRB is a panel of USC students, staff and faculty members. The panel will read your appeal, deliberate and render its decision. All CRB decisions are final. Note: This process could take up to eight weeks.
